A: We use a series of complex special producing processes including the dehydration, bleaching, drying, and dyeing. We have a strict quality control from the fresh roses picking up to dyeing and drying ,very steps have the QC to check the quality.
3Q: How do you control the quality for us ?
A: Firstly, every preserved fresh flowers and plants we are selling is the grade A. Secondly, To ensure the quality of every order, we will check again the quality of every pack preserved fresh roses flowers and plants before we ship the orders. Thirdly, we offer after sale service for you, if there is any problem of your order, please feel free to contact us. We will reply you in 24 hours and solve the problem as soon as possible.
4Q: Can we order some samples before placing the preserved fresh roses order?
A:Yes, of course. Our MOQ is 1 box. But we suggest you to order more than 20boxes as sample order. Because small quantity package is very easy to get damaged while shipping.
5Q: Do you have stocks, if not, how long will it take to produce ?
A: Yes, normally we have stocks. If you have stocks can ship within 3 working days. If not enough stocks, we can produce the new preserved fresh roses for you, according to your order, can be within one week. But it will cost more time on raining days, as the roses are hard to dry in the raining day.
